Refund Policy

At Klone, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
